His clinical and research interests focus on mechanical circulatory support and transplantation for patients with adult congenital heart disease, particularly those with complex single-ventricle physiology.

He currently serves at Rikshospitalet University Hospital and has made significant contributions to advancing surgical techniques, heart failure management, and transplant care for complex congenital cardiac patients through both clinical practice and international scientific collaboration.
